Read this guide to cancel your XR Events + Subscription. 

IMPORTANT: All Subscriptions purchased through APPS (Apple, Android, Roku, Amazon Fire TV) must be canceled through those services. Contact those services for more information.

Cancel on the Website

SIGN IN at the https://plus.xrevents.com/ website

Click DASHBOARD on the upper right

Click BILLING

Under ACTIVE PLAN select CHANGE PLAN

Click CANCEL MEMBERSHIP on the lower right.

Roku

Because you purchased through the Roku app, you also need to cancel through that. More information is available here:

Amazon Fire

Because you purchased through the Amazon app, you also need to cancel through that. More information is available here:

Apple/iOS

Because you purchased through the Apple app, you also need to cancel through that. More information is available here:

Android

Because you purchased through the Android app, you also need to cancel through that.

Cancel a subscription on the Google Play app

Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.

- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store
- Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account
- Tap Menu > Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel subscription
- Follow the instructions

If you have a subscription with an app and the app gets removed from Google Play, your future subscription will be canceled. Your past subscriptions will not be refunded.
